What this site is forこのサイトの目的
This site is a quiet introduction to two things — the Language Exchange Discord server, and Topictionary, the character who happens to live in it. Have a look around at your own pace. If something here catches your eye, the door is always open.
このサイトは、日英の語学交流ができる Discord サーバーと、そこに住むキャラクター Topictionary を、そっとご紹介するためのページです。気の向くままに眺めてみてください。何か気になるものがあれば、いつでもお気軽にどうぞ。
Our missionミッション
We believe language is best learned in real conversations, not just textbooks. Topictionary's bilingual topics, daily prompts, and voice rooms are designed to get learners actually talking — with native speakers, in both directions.
言語は教科書だけじゃなく、生きた会話の中でこそ身につくと考えています。日英のトピック、毎日のお題、ボイスルームを通じて、ネイティブと両方向で『実際に話す』きっかけを作っています。

The bot, the illustrations, and this site are all built single-handedly by moro. Day-to-day running of the server is supported by a small group of trusted volunteer moderators, generous supporters, and — above all — the members who show up every day to make the place feel alive.

I don't run any social accounts, so the two ways to reach me are: a direct message to moro on Discord, or a post in the #server-issues forum on the server. Either works for bug reports, suggestions, and collaboration ideas.
