A lot of Immersion before language output, there are different opinions on this but I believe that speaking at an early stage can fixate mistakes not to mention disrupt your feel of the language since you don't know it that well yet, watch videos, movies or series in that targeted language until you're able to understand the general plot (not 100%, 60-70% is enough) and then start on getting with speaking practice, doing speaking and immersion at the same time might be fine as well but definitely put your priorities on immersion
